Mind & Motion Plus is designed to empower teens by equipping them with tools to manage anxiety, enhance communication skills, and foster a positive mindset through a combination of classroom learning and physical activity. Participants will engage in weekly classroom sessions focused on personal development and twice-weekly running sessions aimed at building
fitness, discipline, and stress management skills. This program integrates physical and emotional wellness, preparing teens to apply what they learn to make a positive impact in their community.
